When to Use Walk-In Care

Our Walk-In Clinic is ideal for acute illnesses and non-life-threatening conditions that need prompt attention without an ER visit.

⚠️ For emergencies (chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms), call 911 immediately.

Sore throat, ear infections & sinusitis.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs).

Skin rashes, insect bites & allergic reactions.

Minor cuts, lacerations & wound care.

Sprains, strains & sports injuries.

Eye infections (conjunctivitis).

Prescription renewals & sick notes.

Travel vaccinations & pre-travel advice.

How Walk-In Works

  1. Arrive at the clinic: No appointment needed. Walk in during our open hours. 
  2. Register at reception:  Bring your OHIP card and any current medications.
  3. See a physician: A qualified walk-in doctor will assess and treat you.
  4. Get your prescription: Our on-site pharmacy fills prescriptions immediately.
